Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us via our Contact page before the 14-day period expires.

Returns Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In their original packaging (where applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-cut or bespoke items made to your specific measurements
  • Items that have been installed, drilled, or modified
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us via our Contact page to notify us of your return
  2. We will provide a returns reference number
  3. Package the item securely and ship it to our address in Burnley, Lancashire
  4. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
